Individual Lesson Fees 2026/27

If you wish to make a bank transfer for your payments these are the details you need. The amounts shown below include a saving of 6% against the online card purchases as it saves additional fees.

Bank Transfer pricing for packages. There is no discount for bank transfers for individual lessons.

Please be assured that your money is safe with me and should you decide to stop your tuition with me any unused payment made by bank transfer is refundable in full. Payments made online are refundable but card processing fees are not so you would not get the full amount back.

The refund process when using Clearpay.

I will refund in full or part, if requested, according to what lessons You have taken from which you have paid for using Clearpay. In all cases I will not refund any merchant fee I have had to pay to process Your original purchase.

Automatic Adjustments: Clearpay automatically updates Your payment schedule. For a full refund, the entire payment schedule is cancelled. For a partial refund, the refund amount is applied to the future instalments first, working backwards.

Funds Return: Any instalments already paid by the You are refunded back to the original debit or credit card used for the payment.

Timeline: Once the refund is processed by Me, it can take up to 10 business days for the money to appear back in the Your bank account, depending on Your financial institution's processing speeds.

Notifications: Clearpay sends You an email notification with a breakdown of the refund and any changes to Your payment schedule.

Individual Lesson; Card Payments

Payments for individual lesson fees made by card, either in person or by using the online payments page on the website are refundable so long as the 48 hour lesson cancellation period has not been activated.

You can ask for this payment to be credited in full to another lesson or request a refund to your account.

If requesting a refund to your account the refund will be processed through Square and the card processing fee will be deducted, therefore you will not receive the full amount. The card processing fee is 1.75% plus 25p.
